He is survived by: his wife Mary; his son Benjamen Lawson (Robyn) of Kimball, MI; his stepchildren, Marquerite Mears (Garrett) of Lake Orion, MI and David Mears of St. Cloud, FL; his grandchildren, Kayla, Mykah, Lukah, John and Charlotte; his sisters, Judy and Andrea; and his son Corey.
