He is survived by: his parent Beulah Bullinger (Ingalls); his spouses, Nancy Scherzer and Marian Mikolaizyk; his sons, Michael Bullinger and Christopher (Terrie Bullinger); his stepchildren, James Mikolaizyk, Sue Mikolaizyk, Mary Hulle, Donald Hulle, John Mikolaizyk (Tim), Michele Mikolaizyk, Martha Bruske, Elizabeth Sabo, Michael Sabo, Jeanne Patrick, Jeffrey Patrick and Anne Marie Lynch; and his sister Mary Jo Putnam.
