He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M. Holubik and Mary Holubik (Kovach); his wife Susan G. Conrad; and his siblings, Mark Holubik and Kathleen Holubik.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph Holubik Jr. (Geraldine) of Hemlock, Rosemary Holubik Jackson of Highland, MI, Sylvia Butzler of Swartz Creek and Linda Leuenberger of Clare; and his brothers-in-law, Charles Jackson, Richard Butzler, James Leuenberger and Michael. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunt.
