She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Powell and Edna Powell (Sayan); her sisters, Marjorie Hull, Catherine Near and Charlotte Chapman; and her son-in-law John Stimpson.
She is survived by: her children, Glenda Stimpson of Jackson, MI, Gary Curtis (Heather) of Freeland, MI and Georgene Ickes (Duane) of Saginaw, MI; her sister Patricia Miller; her grandchildren, Kristin Stimpson, Gary Marr, Haley Hughes, Emily Curtis, Benjamin Whittier and Nicholas Whittier; and her great grandchildren, Parker, Tyler and Ashley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many treasured friends.
