She is survived by: her spouse Nelson "Joe" Gandy; her children, Mike Gandy (Janet) of Sanford and Marla Breault (John) of Cape Coral, FL; her grandchildren, Jennifer Nagel (Ted), Travis Gandy (Candace), Alyssa Hernandez (Paul) and Hillary Pham (Phu); her great grandchildren, Heidi, Emily, Finn, Pippa, Charlie, Jolene, Payton and John; and her sister Carolyn Rhodes-Brushaber.
Memorial contributions in Joyce's name may be offered to the Alzheimer's Association.
