He is survived by: his children, Jacob Madison and Jenna Madison; his parents, Randy Madison and Lee Madison; his siblings, Randall Madison (Stacia), Shields, Chad Madison (Connie) and Valerie Domann (Brent); and his nieces and nephews, Kaitlyn, Randall Jr., Garrett and Addie. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
