He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James and Dorothy Erskine. He is survived by: his parents, John R. Erskine and Catherine S. Miller; his brother Jason J. Miller; his sister-in-law Jennifer Wittsit Miller; his niece Kristen Miller; his nephew Trevor Miller; his grandparents, Ronald L. and Marianne Miller; his uncles, Ronald "Dave" Miller, Pat Erskine (Carol) and Michael Erskine (Leslie); and his cousins, Melissa Erskine Thomas (Chris) and Michelle Erskine. He is also survived by two children and many great uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
