He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. and Elaine DeCaire Sr. (Rethman). He is survived by: his children, Donald L. DeCaire III (Meredith) of Brant, Dawn Booth of Freeland, Jessica Clark (Allen) of Gresham, OR and Lori DeCaire of Saginaw; his grandchildren, Hailey, Hope, Izabelle, Annabelle, Landon, Alivia, Julianna, Felicity, John, Christopher, Donald "Leo" IV and David; and his sister Carol Heinz (Edward) of Saginaw.

Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Freeland Assembly of God Church or the donor's favorite charity.
