She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Stroebel and Geraldine Stroebel (LaFever); her significant other Matthew Penney; her brother-in-law James Penney (Peggy); her parents-in-law, Eugene and Lula Penney; her sister Donna Donoghue (Richard); and her brothers-in-law, W. James Russell, Michael Fox and Hugh Penney (Betty).
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Schroeder (Tim) of Midland, Matthew M. Penney (Nancy) of Beaverton and Nancy Nickell (Dale) of Grand Ledge; her grandchildren, Ashleigh Fitzgerald (Ryan), Rayechel Berger (Nathan), Caitlyn Curry (Joshua), Stephanie Wellman (Benjimen), Jason Juneau (Barbara) and Jared Juneau (Julie); and her siblings, Phyllis Russell, Diana Fox and Donald "Bubs" Stroebel. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, godchildren, and friends.
