He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy G. Bartlett and Myrtle Bartlett (Sly); his wife Mary Ellen Graham; and his brother-in-law LeRoy Graham (Donelda). He is survived by: his daughters, Bonnie Barko (Keith) and Betty Bethke; his grandchildren, Renee Sullivan (Tim), Abby Beyersdorf (Gary), Emily Scoles (Nick), Randi Brown (Ryan) and James Bethke (Alesha); his great grandchildren, Rylee Sullivan, Zoe Bethke, Wyatt, Grace Scoles, Amelia, Norah Brown, Ava, Taylor and Karlie Bethke; his sister-in-law Sandra Graham; his nephew Cliff; his son-in-law John Bethke; his siblings, Winfred Bartlett (Mae), Kenneth Bartlett (Grace), Elizabeth Conrad and Mavis Martin (Frank); and his parents-in-law, Wilbur L., Dorothy E. Graham (Turner) and Cliff.
