He was predeceased by: his mother Florence Polzin; his grandfather Joe; his wife Shirley Polzin; and his daughter Susan Lynn Krentz (late Jeffrey). He is survived by: his father Gilbert Polzin; his children, Lori Sarnowski (Alan) and Kevin Polzin (Vicki); his grandchildren, Bryan Krentz (Noel), Christopher Sarnowski (Lena), Alison Hiller (Nick) and Margaret Wolber; his great grandchildren, William Krentz, Juliana Sarnowski, Nicholas Krentz, Avery Sarnowski and Connor Sarnowski; and his sisters, Nancy Martin and Carol Taylor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be addressed to the Juvenille Diabetes Foundation, Leader Dogs for the Blind, or Hope United Church of Christ.
