She is survived by: her children, Jim Pollick (Robine), Debbie Wright (Gary), Ron Pollick, Gail Laskowski (Dave), John Pollick, Mary Pollick and Cindy Klein (Cliff); her grandchildren, Andy, Brian (Sarah), Steven (Shay), Janelle (Josh), Nick (Christina), Elizabeth, Tony (Tammy), Nathan, PJ (Bree), Becky, Sarah (Brian), Alyssa (Ben), Rachael, Alexander (Hannah), Erika and Jacob; her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Mollie, LuLu, Brady, Blehm, Melody, Addison, Piper, Milena, Madeline, Maxwell, Cameron, Helen Rose, Josephine and Autumn; her sister Alice Pollick; and also Cindy Spezia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family has asked in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy be a memorial in Sally's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Blessed Trinity Catholic Church.
