She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Trinklein and Linda Trinklein (Zehnder); and her siblings, Ruth Meyer Thiel (Trinklein), John Peter Trinklein and Jack Leonard Trinklein.
She is survived by: her husband John F. Metzger; her children, Mary Kay Metzger (Steve Abbett) of Genoa, NV, Linda Jane Woodle (Metzger) of Frankenmuth, MI, John Otto Metzger (Debi) of Gilbert, AZ and Michael James Metzger (Elisa) of Greenwich, CT; her grandchildren, Ryan Metzger Woodle, Joshua Metzger Woodle, Benjamin Metzger Woodle (Alexandra Grace), Chad Hill, Chris Hill (Marikay), Rachel Dougherty Metzger, Nicole Dougherty Metzger and Michele Dougherty Metzger; her great grandchildren, James Woodle, Baby Boy Woodle, Keaton Hill, Lilah Hill, Emmitt Hill, Oliver Hill and Callie Hill; her sisters, Jean Hull (Trinklein) and Ermie Hermann (Trinklein); and her mothers-in-law, Adele Zehnder (Trinklein), Claudia Engman (Trinklein), June Lundvall (Metzger) and Norma Metzger Schmick (Raynold). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
