She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Hart and Ruth Hart. She is survived by: her husband Gregory Havrilcsak; her daughter Karen Havrilcsak of Frankenmuth, MI; and her siblings, Lana Roelfzema, Linda Ainsworth (Fred), Dan Hart of Grand Rapids, MI and Paul Hart (Pamela) of Grand Rapids, MI.
