He was predeceased by: his father John Fox; his wife Bertha Fox; his sisters, Jane Gutherie and Oledia Tilley; and his grandson Brandon Fox.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Adamson, Harold Fox Jr. (Donna) and Linda Gross (Harold); his grandchildren, Dillard Roy Adamson (Toni), Paula Fox (Mark), Brian Fox (Tracy), Mike Fox (Jen), Lori Filarski (Mike), Brett Zimmerman (Angie) and Ken Zimmerman (Elizabeth); and his siblings, Joseph Cook (Karen), E. Bernadine LaLonde and Ione Cash. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren.
