He was predeceased by: his parents, George Palmreuter and Lena Palmreuter; his wife Viola Hochthanner; his granddaughter Jennifer Burback; his siblings, Herbert Palmreuter (Caroline) and Martha Heinlein (Roland); and his brother-in-law Harvey Hochthanner (Marion).
He is survived by: his children, Mark A. Palmreuter (Julie), Gene Palmreuter (Norma), Gary Palmreuter, Loren Palmreuter (Debra) and Sharon Knoll (Tom); and his grandchildren, Paul Burback (Samantha Gage), Eric Palmreuter (Debbie), Jonathan Palmreuter (Katie), Lisa Solum (David), Andrew Palmreuter, Tara Saleska (John), Allison Kopins (Jake), Faith Palmreuter, Hannah Palmreuter, Brandon Knoll (Megan) and Kayla Knoll. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID restrictions private family services will take place.
