He is survived by: his mother Joyce Zaverl (Purdy); his wife Nicole; his son Derek Zaverl (Corey); his brothers, Terry Deneke (Carol) and Andrew Zaverl (Jessica); his grandson Cole Zaverl; his brother-in-law Bob Evans; his nieces and nephews, Amanda Gearhart (Mike), Lindsay Evans, Mitchel Zaverl (Angel), Marcie Ross, Luke Conroy, Hailey Harvitt and Saylor Zaverl; and his stepmother Jean Zaverl. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces and nephews.
