She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick W. Rixe and Pauline Rixe (Fischer); her spouse Orville "Jim" W. Roddenberg; her children, Dennis Roddenberg and Larry Lee Roddenberg; and her brother John Rixe.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Roddenberg-Mosier and Alan Roddenberg. She is also survived by six grandchildren along with great and great-great grandchildren.
