She was predeceased by: her mother Nancy Cook. She is survived by: her children, Jalen and Josh; her father David Reynolds (Vicky); her brother David Reynolds Jr (Carla); and also, Kandi McPherson (Nick), Sabrina Reddick (Don), Brandy Reynolds (Charlie) and Amber Monroe (Brent). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
