She was predeceased by: her spouse Casimer Lazar; her child Casimer A. Lazar; and her parents, Casimer Wietrzykowski and Sophie Wietrzykowski. She is survived by: her son Brian Lazar (Deana); her grandchildren, Halen (Kenley) and Haley; and her great grandchildren, Oliver and Holden.
