She is survived by: her husband Jack; her grandson Todd Madison (Rachel); her great grandchildren, Troy Jr., Todd Clark, Sydney Schuiteman and Samantha Schuiteman; her friend Nan Rieske; her grandson Tory; and also Hospice.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in memory of Olwyn may be given to Multiple Sclerosis Association in honor of her grandson Tory or Hospice on North Ottawa Community.
