He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Piantek Sr. and Lottie Piantek; and his brother Paul Piantek (Cheryl Piantek). He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his children, Jacquelyn Mazza (Kenneth Mazza), Jamie Conery (Mat Collins) and Dennis Piantek; his sister Elaine Lewis; his sons-in-law, Ken and Mat; and his granddaughters, Alyson and Brianna.
