He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Leroy and Pearl May Osborn (Wilkie). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Louise Harris; his children, Nelson "Tom" Osborn, Jr., James Erick Osborn (Sharrie) of Clare and Gina Silvesti (Garry) of Hammonton; his grandchildren, Erick Osborn, Christopher Osborn (Elyssa), Ben Silvesti and Ashlyn Silvesti; and his brother Ron Osborn.
