She is survived by: her son Fred Bartlett II (Melissa); her grandchildren, Landon, Wyatt and Layla Bartlett; her niece Kathy Dickinson (Kris); and her siblings, Tom Kleinhardt (Kim), Larry Kleinhardt (Cookie), Daniel Kleinhardt (Linda), Robin Tait (Larry), Terry Kleinhardt and Fred "Buzzy" Kleinhardt (Donna).
