He is survived by: his wife Vicky Schlafley; his stepchild Dean; his stepgrandchildren, Raegan, Ryan, David (Michelle), Stevan and Brandi; his sisters, Doris Rohner and Patsy Payne; and also, Annisten, Hadley, Olive and Ivy. He is also survived by Three sons.
