It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Cunniffe (Farmington, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on September 20, 2023, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Chatel and Bernadette Chatel; her husband Jack; her son Patrick (Jan); and her brothers, George and Joseph Chatel.

She is survived by: her sibling Bernadette'Peggy'Windisch; and her children, Carol Delahanty (Ed), Jay (Christina), Ann Ragsdale Burke (late Ken), Peggy, Mary, Kathleen Ayres (Russ), Claire Welsh (Bill), Janet and Murray (Caytie). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
