He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Peter Kozlowski and Harriet Kozlowski (Gientke); his siblings, Susan Kalczynski (Ronald) and David Kozlowski (Barbara Ann); his godson John Krane; his sister-in-law Janet Gammon; his wife Patricia Rempinski; and his siblings, Timothy Kozlowski and Jean Krane. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of customary remembrances, donations to the family will be used for the Medical Team at American House.
