He is survived by: his wife Iemtje Behrens (Ina); his sister Ilene Dietrich; his sons, Robert Griffiths III (Melina), Paul (Melissa) and Matthew (Alina); his grandchildren, Anna, Luc, Leah, Bianca, Marc and Ariana; and his pet Brodie.
