He is survived by: his wife Linda Lulkin; his children, Sam Lukin (Jill) and Jennifer Lulkin-Bartlett; his grandchildren, Emily, Ethan Lulkin and Merrick Bartlett; his sister Renee Ettinger (late Jerome); his sister-in-law Joann Shecter; and his nieces and nephews, Shellee Gordon, Michael, Kitty Shecter, Kenny Shecter (Elyse Hoffman), Sandy Shecter, Ronald Ettinger (Lisa Benjamin Gottlieb), Elaine Ettinger (Tom Greenberg) and Laurie Volk (Joel).
