She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Mitchell and Paulina Mitchell (Brostrum); her husband Jim; her son David; her daughter-in-law Michele; her grandson Dawson; and her brothers, Larry Mitchell and Dan Mitchell.
She is survived by: her children, Carole Compo Smith Parker, Christopher Compo (Lisa) and Paul Compo (Annette); her foster children, Mark Compo and Eva Cuthbertson (Kurt); and her sisters, Christine Hoffman (Raymond) and Paula Jeane. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
