With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rachel Elizabeth Furtaw (Essexville, Michigan), who passed away on July 14, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hopley and Elizabeth Brereton (Jackson); her brothers, John and Robert Brereton; and her friends, Rita and Gene Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Bernard "Ben"; her children, Paul Furtaw (Kate), Robert Furtaw (Nicole) and Sharon Franch (Dan); her grandchildren, Cameron, Chloe, John, Rose Furtaw and James French; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Jones of England and Brenda Jones of England.
