She is survived by: her children, Jackie Ormsby (Mike Legut) and Chip Ormsby, Jr.; her significant other Steve Shinaver; her grandchildren, Alivia Ormsby, Stephan Rogers, Samantha Jo Smale and Carson Legut; and her brother Ted Haske.
