He is survived by: his mother Evelyn McGinnis (Krause); his daughters, Caitlyn McGinnis and Kaya McGinnis; his brothers, Kip McGinnis, Craig McGinnis (Cathy) and Brian McGinnis (Dina); his close friend Amber Garza; his uncle Jerry Krause; his aunts, Diane Littrup, Jeanette Banaszak and Linda Beythan (Bob); his friends, Bugsy and Clyde; his close friend Kevin; and also Amaria. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
