We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2019, at the age of 86, John Elmer Neal (Essexville, Michigan), born in Bay City, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter J. Neal and Elma Neal (Lindauer); his wife Shirley; and his daughters, Peggy Anne Hoffman, Lori Louise Ruse (Rodney) and Julie Jean Crete (Richard). He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild, along with several friends.
