We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2023, at the age of 93, Marilyn Sue Christiansen (Escanaba, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Meiers and Cecile Meiers (LaPointe); her brothers, Harold, William and Robert; her grandchildren, Tracey and Karl; and her sons-in-law, Tom Casperson and Jim Moore (Arthur Messier).
She is survived by: her children, Karen Moore of Escanaba, Linda Pfotenhauer of Lansing, Dr. James Christiansen (Julie) of Marquette, Judy Werling (Mike) of Decatur, IN, Diane Casperson of Gladstone, Carol Messier (John) of Lakeville, MN and Susan Arndt (Paul) of Kingsford; and her sisters-in-law, Leota Meiers of Marquette, Muriel Roos of Anoka, MN and Grace Bickel (George) of Carol Stream, IL. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Marilyn's request was that donations be directed to the Holy Name Building Fund.
