He was predeceased by: his parents, George L. Monto and Marjorie Monto (Leonard); and his daughters, Linda, Erin Ziesmer (Tom) and Aimee Myers (Devin).

He is survived by: his wife Linda Dawkins; and his sister Marilyn Simons (Wes).

In lieu of flowers, memorials for those who wish are suggested to the family.
