He was predeceased by: his parents, Creed and Emma; and his brothers, Joe, Jim and Eddie Ray.
He is survived by: his wife Glenna Campbell; his children, Deanna Schreiber (Kurt) and Barry Campbell (Rachel); and his grandchildren, MaKayla, Luke Schreiber, Parker and Hayden Campbell.
