She was predeceased by: her parents, John Clear and Margaret Clear (Doefer); her husband George Billings; her granddaughter Beth Marie Billings; and her siblings, Dorothy Walbeck, Mike Clear and Jerry Clear.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Billings (Robin) and Annette Clark; her grandchildren, Jason Billings (Tiffany), Joshua Billings (Kay), Jon Billings, Arran Walbeck, Mickey Clark and Doug Clark (Scarlett); her great grandchildren, Jonathan, Carson, Zoey, Afton, Harper and Greyson; and her sister Vivian Ball.
