He was predeceased by: his father Robert Kaczperski; and his sister-in-law Kris Folske. He is survived by: his mother Helen Folske Kaczperski (Spranger); his siblings, Helane Folske Starlin, Joseph Folske and Peter Folske (Karen); his stepbrother Robert Kaczperski; his niece Kortney Folske; his nephews, Joseph Folske (Amanda) and Jacob Folske (Ambrea Martin); and his great-nephews, Joey Ryan, Camden Ronald and Ryan Edward. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, cousins, friends, and co-workers.
