He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Loftis and Eura Loftis (Webb); and his son James "Jim". He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Quinn; his son William Loftis (Liza) of Utica; his daughter-in-law Angie Loftis of Emmett; his grandchildren, Charles, Brandon (Amber), Justin, Katie, William and Chloe; and his great grandchildren, MaKenna, MaKayla, Kylah, Domanik and Xander. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
