He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard McCreary and Lynne McCreary (Dreyer); his brother Pat; his niece Michelle; and his parents-in-law, Dorothy and Palmer Mulonas.
He is survived by: his wife Christine McCreary (Mulonas); his children, Brenda McGuire (Josh Weaver) of Central Lake, Kimberly Bay (Jeremy) of Central Lake, Matt McCreary (Leslie Taylor) of Buffalo and Julie Ann Augustyn; his siblings, Tom McCreary of Kansas, Dan McCreary (Angie) and Kathy Roster (Mark) of Alpena; his grandchildren, Amber, Sarah McGuire, Austin, Andrew, Autumn Bay, Mason (Chloe), Trenton, Dustin, Madison and William McCreary; and his great grandchild Kyler McCreary.
