She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Carroll and Frank Carroll. She is survived by: her sister Mary Thomas; her children, Sandra Chownyk (Richard), Mark Gladieux (Audrey) and Matthew Stevens (Cynthia); her grandchildren, Jennifer DeBaene, Crystal Nitzh (Kenneth) and Mark Gladieux II; and her great grandchildren, Kenneth (II), Isaac, Jaxson, Levi Nitzh, Maxwell Davis, Wyatt and Tanner Pellrin. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Michigan Animal Rescue League, 790 Featherstone, Pontiac, Mi 48342, a cause close to Joan's heart.
