He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas, Sr. Breakey and Mary Lou Breakey (Peterson); and his sister Patricia "Tricia" Easterwood. He is survived by: his wife Janis Breakey of East Jordan; his daughters, Amy Beal (Karl) of East Jordan and Sara Schroeder (Dale) of Kalamazoo; his stepchildren, Brent Hawley (Kristi) of Flat Rock, Kelli Slaven (Jake) of Petersburg and Kevin Rebec (Stephanie) of East Jordan; his grandchildren, Jordan Breakey, Ryan Schroeder and Lindsay Schroeder; his stepgrandchildren, Kaitlyn Hawley, Hannah Slaven, Thomas Slaven and Bailey Bender; and his siblings, Thomas "Tinker" Breakey, Jr. (Trudy) of East Jordan and Debbie Hoffman (Rich) of Ellsworth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
