She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Anthony Kuzmik; her son Kevin Kuzmik; her parents, Arthur Vallad and Alma Vallad Booher (Bilkey); and her siblings, Dutch Vallad, Richard Vallad, Harold Vallad, Naomi Baker (Vallad) and Faith Lawson (Vallad).
She is survived by: her children, Robert Kuzmik II, Shari Kinnard (Kuzmik) and Chirron Olstrom (Kuzmik); her grandchildren, Rebecca Kuzmik, Bailey Schmitt, Alex Schmitt, Cooper Schmitt, Dillon Olstrom, Macie Snowden (Olstrom), Alyssa Kuzmik and Jenna Murray; her great grandchildren, Madison Bergmann, Kendyl Bergmann and Ethan Bergmann; her great great grandchild Bronson Streufert; and her siblings, Art Vallad and Vivian Leazier (Vallad). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
