With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Russell Loren Hughes of East Jordan, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Lowell and Marie Hughes (Omland). He is survived by: his wife Kay; his sister Marlynn Myers (Garold); his sons, Daniel (Lisa), Thomas, Douglas (Katy), Robert and Charles; his grandchildren, Ian, Paul, Aaron, Rachel (Vince), Jason, Benjamin, Samuel and Joseph; and his great grandchildren, Gus and Anthony.
