Janet Marie McKinnon Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Marie McKinnon of East Jordan, Michigan, born in Petoskey, Michigan, who passed away on February 4, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie W. Nemecek and Sophia "Sue" Mary Nemecek (Skrocki); and her husband Donald R. McKinnon. She is survived by: her children, Angela Smith (Arnold) of East Jordan, David McKinnon (Charity) of East Jordan and Susan Cannon (Thomas) of East Jordan; her grandchildren, Logan Smith, Lauren Smith, Caris McKinnon, Macie McKinnon, Riley Cannon and Chase Cannon; and her siblings, Terry Nemecek (Joanie) of Cheboygan, Barbara Zynewicz of East Jordan, Mary Murray (Fred) of East Jordan and Robert Nemecek (Roberta) of East Jordan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to the Hospice of Michigan.
