It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Christina Helen Skop of East Jordan, Michigan, born in Flushing, Michigan, who passed away on December 16, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Whitney and Florence Whitney (Ardill); her husband Richard Skop; her granddaughter Dana Skop Phipps; and her siblings, Vern Whitney, Ray Whitney, Stuart Whitney, Clayton Whitney, Hazel Grant, Martha Loree and Joyce Whitney.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Skop (Brenda) of East Jordan, Duane Skop of East Jordan, Scott Skop of East Jordan, Sherry Roof of East Jordan, Cindy Skop (Ken Warren) of East Jordan and Debbie Cesaro (Jim) of East Jordan; and her sisters, Carrie Hoover (Bill) of Kingsley and Vera Herington (Joe) of Bitely. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
