It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Rebec of East Jordan, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on October 16, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Theo Jeffery and Anna Jeffery (Derenzy); her husband Martin Albert Rebec; her sister Susan Sherman; and her nephew Teddy Jeffery.
She is survived by: her daughter Shirley Tarvis of Ypsilanti; her grandchildren, Abigail Elizabeth Tarvis of Ypsilanti and Trevor Joseph Tarvis of Ypsilanti; her brother Ted A.; her sister-in-law Toni Jeffery of East Jordan; her sister Kim; her brothers-in-law, Cal Diller of East Jordan and Robert Sherman of East Jordan; and also Michelle Russell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
