He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Horn; his wife Agnes Sicken; and his siblings, Robert Horn (Janet), Jim Horn (Mary Ann), Helen McClellan (Lloyd), Virginia Heath (Gerald) and Dorothy Brotherton (Ralph).
He is survived by: his children, Michael Horn (Gisela), Patrick Horn (Debbie), Brian Horn, Mary Catharine Horn and Eric Horn (Jeri); his grandchildren, Matthew, Joseph, Angela, Andrew, Lola and Rose Horn; his sister Dianne Woodward (Larry); and his pet Buck. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
