She was predeceased by: her brother Jack Adams. She is survived by: her husband Clarence Jim Smith; her children, Michael Smith (April), Darci Marek (Matt) and Danette White Smith (Sharon); her brother Charles Adams (Sandy); her grandchildren, Amber, James, Sara, Emily and Abby; and her nieces and nephews, Cary, Kelly, Mindy, Jeremy, Brian and Kenny. She is also survived by three children.
